Customers open your page, pick a service or product, choose a time or date, and pay a deposit. The booking is only confirmed after that payment goes through.
No. They book with name, phone, and email. You run everything from your dashboard.
Only after a successful deposit. Filling the form without paying does not lock the slot.
Yes. They see the service, time or date, deposit amount, and your deposit policy before checkout.
For vendors

On log in, tap Forgot password? and use the email we send. You can also change it under Profile → Edit.
Payments
They pay a deposit first to confirm. If anything is left, you can send a balance link — by email or WhatsApp.
Deposits come in through Monipay, minus a small fee. You request a payout from your wallet. Card details are never stored on BookSyr.
If you allow free cancellation, the customer can refund from their receipt. If not, your deposit policy applies. You or BookSyr support can still issue a refund.
